About The Project

As part of the HyNet North West Low Carbon Project, Eni will develop and operate offshore and onshore transportation and storage of CO₂ captured from industrial sites in Northwest England at the Liverpool Bay offshore oil and gas facilities in line with its mission to transition towards a low-carbon future.

Scope of Work

To address potential risks and hazards associated with the project during the Front End Engineering Design (FEED) phase, Process Risk Consulting were commissioned to facilitate a Hazard Identification (HAZID) and Environmental Identification (ENVID) Workshops, in line with ENI Qualitative Risk Assessment guidelines – OPI-HSE-024-ENI-SPA-R01.

The scope of workshop included all of the onshore transport and storage facilities including several onshore pipelines and Above Ground Installations (AGI’s).
